I had to reduce my running load this weekend and today due to a pulled muscle in my calf. Not my favorite thing, but it forces me to focus on something else. That's what this week's challenge is about. We all have routines, and things we tend to focus on. This week take a look at your functional strength.
10 lunges (each side)
Complete the circuit as many times as you can in the given time:
Beginner - 2 minutes
Intermediate - 4 minutes
Advanced - 6 minutes
Crazy - 8 minutes
Do it today or tomorrow, then repeat on Friday or Saturday - see if you can improve.
